Why fewer exercises are sometimes the better plan

A long program looks thorough at first glance. In everyday life, though, it can make it hard to get started, and the exercises end up being skipped altogether.
For therapists, it's worth taking a look at the routine: Which exercises are essential for the current goal? Which order is easy to understand? And how much time is realistic for this person? A plan doesn't need to be as full as possible, but as doable as possible.
Patients are welcome to say this openly. If the volume doesn't fit into everyday life, that's important information for the treatment, not a sign that someone “isn't trying hard enough”.
In Physiopass, the program can be adjusted together. A timer, videos and a clear order then help you start the shorter routine with confidence.
