Check the program in 2 minutes before the appointment

Quick look at the laptop before the next conversation.

Before a follow-up appointment, two minutes are often enough to prepare the conversation better. Open the program in your practice in the browser and look at the activity overview: was it opened and used?

Treat this information as a starting point, not a verdict. Instead of โ€œWhy didn't you train?โ€, you could ask: โ€œWhen was it hard to fit in?โ€ or โ€œWas an exercise unclear?โ€ Activity creates reasons to talk, not a performance table.

The answers can lead straight to a next step: explaining an exercise, simplifying the order, adjusting the volume or agreeing on a different reminder time.

That way the overview connects preparation and the therapy conversation without replacing professional judgment or the person's own experience.
