Community Code of Conduct

What this is about

Community exercises let therapists share and reuse exercises with each other. Physiopass provides the platform but does not medically review the exercises and is not responsible for their content. As the therapist, you are responsible for verifying that any exercise is safe, suitable, and clinically appropriate before assigning it to a patient.

When you add an exercise

Adding an exercise creates a copy in your personal library. Later edits or deletions by the original author do not affect your copy. Before assigning the exercise to a patient, review it carefully and adapt it to that patient's individual situation.

When you publish an exercise (from Phase 2 onwards)

When you publish your own exercises, please:

  • Make sure the instructions are clear, safe, and clinically correct.
  • Only use images and videos for which you hold the necessary rights (your own recordings or material with explicit permission).
  • Avoid medical promises of cure and do not reference specific diagnoses.
  • Do not include any personal data of patients or third parties anywhere in the exercise.

Content that is not allowed

  • Exercises with an elevated injury risk that are not clearly flagged.
  • Advertising, spam, or links to external sales offers.
  • Discriminatory, abusive, or politically one-sided content.
  • Content that violates applicable law or third-party copyright.

Reporting and moderation

If you notice an exercise that violates these rules, report it from the detail screen. The Physiopass team reviews reports promptly and may take an exercise down or contact its author. Repeated violations result in publication rights being revoked.

Privacy and attribution

When you publish, the display name or clinic name stored at the time of publication is shown as the author attribution. Later changes to your name or clinic name do not rewrite already-published exercises. You can unpublish your own exercises at any time — but copies already added by other users stay with them.

Liability

Physiopass provides the community as a tool for exchange between qualified professionals. Responsibility for whether an exercise is appropriate in any specific case rests with the assigning therapist. Physiopass accepts no liability for damages resulting from the inappropriate use of community exercises.
