Why home exercise falls by the wayside, and what you can change

Home exercise rarely falls by the wayside for just one reason. Sometimes there isn't enough time, sometimes the session gets forgotten, sometimes a movement is no longer quite clear. These are normal hurdles you can talk about with your practice.
If you forget, a new, realistic reminder time helps. If you're unsure, you can open the video or step-by-step images for the exercise again. If the routine feels too long, make a note of it for your next appointment.
Looking at your recent activity can also help you spot patterns: Was the evening too full? Was the start unclear? Not every solution is more discipline; often it's a routine that fits better.
Your practice can adjust the time, frequency, explanation or volume with you. That way home exercise stays part of your treatment instead of becoming an extra burden.
