Exercise sheets as a PDF with your practice logo

Not every home session happens on a smartphone. Open the share view for a program and choose the PDF export if you want to hand out or print an exercise sheet.

The PDF brings together images and instructions for the selected exercises in one document. Patients can keep it on paper beside them or receive the file digitally.

If a name or logo is saved for the practice, both appear on the exercise sheet. The same program can also be available on the phone by QR code at the same time, so each person uses the access that fits their everyday life better.

That keeps the practice's communication consistent, whether someone prefers to train digitally or on paper.
